From a ballet dancer’s dream to French-made magnificence model



In October 2023, former ballerina Emily Klein took her ardour for magnificence, design, and pure substances to new heights by co-founding Murmure, a French-made indie skincare model. Klein, who danced with The American Ballet Theatre for a decade, transitioned from ballet to magnificence with a transparent imaginative and prescient: to create merchandise that mix the magnificence of ballet with the artistry of French skincare.

The inspiration behind Murmure

Murmure was born out of a collaboration with Klein’s husband Jonathan and their buddy Nicolas, a French pharmacist specializing in botanical substances. They had been impressed by the lifetime analysis of Jonathan’s godfather, Jean-Paul, a famend herbalist. “We began the R&D with the concept to create a skincare line that mixes Jean-Paul’s botanical discoveries, trendy substances, and the artistry of French savoir-faire,” she defined.
